A quick note to let you know that a quorum was met and the AGM proceeded.  Minutes of the meeting will be added in the near future.  Training will proceed from this Sunday, July 26th, 3 - 4pm (arrivals from 2.30 - 2.50pm).  Thanks to those who attended the AGM.

The AGM will be held on Thursday July 23rd, 2009 from 5.30/6pm to 7.30pm.  It will be held in the meeting room of the Mandurah Library (331 Pinjarra Rd, Mandurah).  From 5.30 to 6pm tea and coffee will be available and Gwen will give an information session.  The AGM will occur from 6 - 7.30pm.

We need a minimum of 14 members to attend the AGM to meet the required quorum.

If we do not reach the quorum, training sessions from July 26, 2009 will be delayed.  The AGM will proceed Thursday July 30th...
