The AGM will be held on Thursday July 23rd, 2009 from 5.30/6pm to 7.30pm. It will be held in the meeting room of the Mandurah Library (331 Pinjarra Rd, Mandurah). From 5.30 to 6pm tea and coffee will be available and Gwen will give an information session. The AGM will occur from 6 - 7.30pm.
We need a minimum of 14 members to attend the AGM to meet the required quorum.
If we do not reach the quorum, training sessions from July 26, 2009 will be delayed. The AGM will proceed Thursday July 30th 6pm (same venue) and club activities proposed to recommence from August 2nd 2009.
Whilst all nominations are welcomed we have adequate committee members lined up for all positions so you will not be pressured into any positions whilst at the meeting.
