About the Mandurah Dog Club

The Mandurah Dog Club, commenced in January 2005.

Objectives:

  • Promote Obedience using positive reinforcement

  • Provide teaching of training and socialisation techniques appropriate for the whole of the dogs life

  • Promote informed, compassionate, understanding and responsible dog ownership

  • Promote physical and mental exercise for dogs and owners

  • Improve relationships between dogs, owners and non-dog owners in the community

Training:

Perseverance Reserve, Cox Bay: Heading south along Old Coast Rd, turn left into Perseverance Bvd, continue along Perseverance Bvd till the end where there is carparking.  A short walk along the path opens into the on lead training area.

Times:

Training is from 9.30 - 10.30am.  Arrivals from 9.00am.

We do not train during school holidays, long weekends or Mothers' and Fathers' Day.

New members are welcomed each week

We are a family friendly club - everyone is welcome

All Breeds are welcome

Puppies must be a minimum of 10 days following 2nd vaccination to attend.  

You can teach an old dog new tricks!
